Culinary traditions in the heart of the Marche Apennines.
Apecchio cuisine offers handmade pasta, rustic soups, local meats, mushrooms, mountain cheeses, bostrengo (an ancient Apecchio dessert), salmì del prete (a stew), and the ever-present truffle, a staple in every season.
Apecchio is renowned as City of Beer, thanks to the tradition of its craft breweries that produce quality beers using the pure water of Monte Nerone and the surrounding mountain springs.
